The 5 Things I Always Do When Healing My Gut with Hashimoto’s (3 Most People Forget)

No HIIT. No punishing cardio.
Just intentional, steady walks.
Why?
Because walking:

It’s one of the simplest, most effective healing habits you can implement - and completely free. We walk outdoors as much as possible but I utilize a walking pad during our inclimate winter months where we can’t get outside as much.

This is the one most people skip.
But your gut and thyroid can’t heal in a body stuck in fight-or-flight.

10-15 minutes of deep breathing or meditation
Grounding walks outside (or using a walking pad)

Limiting screen time at night
Nervous system resets on particularly hard days
